Section Title
From Baking to Banking — and Everything in Between
With a career that spans over 45 years, 52 business models, and 18 senior leadership roles, Grateful Ed has done it all — from the production lines of Twinkies to the financial strategies of GE Capital. Ed’s journey has taken him from the heart of Corporate America and boardrooms with legendary figures like Victor Posner, to rolling up his sleeves with small businesses and mom-and-pop shops. His operational experience crosses continents, with both startup and established ventures in the USA and Egypt. Grateful Ed brings not just experience, but perspective — rooted in adaptability, resilience, and a lifelong commitment to learning through doing. Whether in baking, banking, or building new businesses, his story is one of transformation and gratitude.
Ed isn’t your typical founder. He’s not chasing headlines — he’s quietly building a future where business works better for everyone.
After years of watching companies prioritize short-term profits over long-term value, Ed saw an opportunity.
